Client-Side MVC: The Next Big Thing for Enterprise Application Development

Title:  Client-Side MVC: The Next Big Thing for Enterprise Application Development

Date/Time:  Wednesday, June 20th at 6:30 PM
Presentation Materials:

Paul will talk through an industry trend that sees the migration of the coding of web applications servers to clients. For this new "Client-Side MVC" way of constructing applications, he will go over the alternate technologies for implementing it, suggest the complementary server-side technology choices and illustrate the developer throughput gains from adopting these technologies. Paul will show a client-side MVC application, and demonstrate the use of Selenium (the defacto standard QA automation tool) for the testing of it.

Paul Hammant: Principal Consultant, programmer, Open-Source enthusiast, and pundit for ThoughtWorks for 10 years.
